Refund Policy

At Sweet Dreams Care Co., we strive to provide high-quality, compassionate care for families during their postpartum and newborn journeys. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to ensure that our refund policy is clear and fair for everyone. Please read our policy below to understand the terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule services. To ensure fairness and to help us manage our schedule, we ask for the following:
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: You are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service: A 50% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Cancellations made the day of the service or no-shows: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued, as we reserve time and resources specifically for your care.
2. Service Modifications
If you wish to modify the scope of services after booking, we will do our best to accommodate the changes. However, modifications may be subject to additional charges, depending on availability and the nature of the changes.
• Any changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the service.
• If you reduce the number of hours or the services booked, we may issue a partial refund or adjust your payment accordingly.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation or service modification. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life can sometimes present unforeseen challenges. In the case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a suitable solution.
5. No Refunds for Completed Services
Once services have been completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes in-home care visits, consultations, and any other services provided to you. If you have concerns during the service, please inform us at the time, and we will make every effort to address them immediately.
6. Refunds for Prepaid Packages
For clients who have prepaid for a package of services (e.g., multiple consultations or extended care), refunds will be prorated based on the services used. Any unused sessions or services will be refunded, and fees will be deducted for completed sessions.
