  • It’s never too early to plan for postpartum support! Many families book during pregnancy to ensure availability, but we also accommodate last-minute needs whenever possible.

  • Yes! We offer virtual consultations for lactation support, sleep coaching, postpartum wellness, and NICU-grad care, so you can receive expert guidance from the comfort of your home.

  • At Sweet Dreams Care Co., we’ve chosen to remain a private-pay practice to provide the most personalized, flexible, and family-centered care possible.

Here’s why this approach matters for you:

    More Personalized Care

Insurance companies often set strict rules about what services are "allowed," how often you can be seen, and what approaches can be used.
By remaining private pay, we can create care plans that are fully tailored to you and your family’s unique needs — not dictated by insurance guidelines.

    More Time and Attention

We intentionally schedule fewer clients to offer longer visits, deeper support, and faster response times.
You won’t experience rushed appointments or months-long waiting lists — you’ll receive the focused, expert care you deserve, right when you need it most.

Freedom to Offer Innovative, Holistic Services

Our services blend medical expertise, emotional support, education, and real-world parenting guidance. Many of the things that families truly need in the perinatal period are not fully covered by traditional insurance — and we never want to limit what we offer you.

  • Yes! Most of our services qualify for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

We also provide detailed Superbills upon request — a receipt with the necessary medical coding that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

We’re happy to guide you through that process!

Newborn Care & Sleep Support

  • If your baby struggles with frequent wakings, short naps, difficulty settling, or inconsistent sleep routines, our gentle, developmentally appropriate sleep strategies can help improve their rest—while keeping your family’s sleep preferences in mind.

  • Our approach is gentle and responsive. We do not use rigid sleep training methods but instead focus on age-appropriate strategies to create healthy sleep habits while supporting your baby’s natural development and emotional needs.

Lactation & Feeding Support

  • We believe in feeding solutions that work for your family—whether that’s breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping, or formula. We provide judgment-free, expert support to help you navigate any challenges and find a plan that meets your baby’s nutritional needs.

  • If you experience painful latch, low milk supply, engorgement, or concerns about baby’s weight gain, reaching out early can prevent issues from getting worse. Even if things are going well, a lactation session can provide reassurance and helpful adjustments.

Overnight Care

  • During overnight care, we handle soothing, diaper changes, and monitoring your baby’s needs while you sleep. If you’re breastfeeding, we’ll gently wake you when it’s time for a feed and take care of everything else so you can go right back to sleep.

  • Not at all! Our caregivers follow your baby’s existing routine and offer gentle support to help create healthy sleep habits. We never force schedules or changes that don’t align with your parenting style.

Postpartum Mental Health

  • Our nurse practitioner specializing in postpartum mental health provides guidance on mood changes, anxiety, sleep deprivation, and coping strategies to help you navigate the emotional side of new parenthood.
